Nomination best games for the International Mobile Gaming Awards (Imga) finally announced. 30 games of the six categories will be competing for the main prize.
Approximately 263 games from around the world registered to receive an assessment by a panel of international judges. "We received tremendous response for the award this year," said Maarten Noyons, CEO and founder Imga as reported by Netimperative, Wednesday (01/19/2011).
"We are seeing the emergence of gaming trend with a very high quality and produced on a large scale for mobile platforms. On the other hand, we also see a lot of creative innovation for casual games. I think jury selection is very interesting," added Noyons.
Over the last six years, Imga has assessed more than 1,400 mobile games from over 52 countries, including the U.S., Ukraine, Israel, Italy, Brazil, Belgium, Netherlands, China, New Zealand, and others.
